Our government-funded kindergarten program is always delivered by a qualified kindergarten or early years teacher with a bachelor’s degree. Designed for children in the year before they begin Prep, it lays a strong foundation for school success academically, socially, and emotionally.
School Readiness: Smooth transition into Prep through routines, early literacy, and structured group learning.
Social & Emotional Growth: Children build friendships, develop empathy, and gain resilience through play and group activities.
Qualified Teachers: Our kindy is delivered by experienced educators who create enriching, inclusive, and culturally aware learning environments.
Free for Eligible Children: 15 hours per week, 40 weeks a year, all at no cost for families with eligible children.
Eligibility: Children can start kindy in the year they turn 4 years old by June 30.

Play-Based Learning – Children dive into a world where they can explore and create, boosting their imagination, social skills, and problem-solving talents.
Project-Based Learning – We tackle real-world challenges together! Through collaboration, kids develop critical thinking and dive deep into exploration.
Constructivist Methods – Children actively construct their own knowledge through experiences and interactions. Learning is hands-on and minds-on!
Reggio Emilia & Montessori Influences – These approaches focus on self-directed, experiential learning. Children flourish in intentionally prepared environments that promote independence, concentration and discovery.
Our approach supports a love of learning that lasts well beyond the early years.
Children thrive when they’re connected to nature. At Seedlings, our outdoor environments are designed to encourage physical activity, sensory exploration, and imaginative play.
